Welcome to the HHS Digital Photography class blog. Our lab is composed of twenty-two Apple iMacs. Production will start with students learning the basics of digital photography including: image composition, advanced camera features, and components of the iLife 09 software suite. Later in the year, the students will explore advanced image manipulation with Adobe Photoshop.

Fuego

This picture was taken this past weekend at my lake house. The strengths are how the color of the fire draws in your eyes. I also like how the picture captures the movement of the fire.

I really like this picture! The colors in it are really good, it has a really high intensity on the subject. The texture of this image is so real that I can feel the heat. The emphasis of the fire was great. I just wished there was a little more of the lake in the picture. Overall I think your picture is great! :)

I really like this picture. The contrast of the "fuego" and the water and the ground makes this picture really good! The strength is the intesity of the fire, and the weakness is that there isn't enough of the lake. Keep up the good work!!!
I think this picture looks awesome. I like how saturated the fire is and how you can see every detail of the fire and wood. I feel so warm when i look at this image. I would love to see the picture from farther away because it looks like the fire is cut off at the top and sides.

I really like how the bottom of the fire is very in focus and then as it gets higher it goes out of focus. I really like the details of the fire and the background looks really good with the fire. I love this its very intense and colorful. I really love the complexity of the fire and then the peacefulness of the water.
