Welcome to the HHS Digital Photography class blog. Our lab is composed of twenty-two Apple iMacs. Production will start with students learning the basics of digital photography including: image composition, advanced camera features, and components of the iLife 09 software suite. Later in the year, the students will explore advanced image manipulation with Adobe Photoshop.

Stop

This picture was taken in my neighborhood, right around the Hoover Country Club golf course. It was taken for the Portrait project. I love this picture because my friend, Katie, isn't posing and she looks natural.

This picture is really cool! I love how the subject is off to the side and how natural the picture looks. The "STOP" on the pavement is really neat too. The color is also very natural. The one thing I would have done to improve it is to pick either the "STOP" or the person and zoom in, focusing on only one subject. Both in the picture is a bit confusing. But overall, the picture is awesome. Great job!
I really like this picture! I like how everything in the picture is really defined. I also like the angle you took the picture from! I also like how katie seems unaware of the camera and its really natural. You did a great job of balancing color too! really good job:)
