This is a picture of a pinecone. I took this outside my house on one the snow days. It's my favorite because of the angle i took it from and how clear it is. I enhanced the picture and made it black and white then made the outsides blurred.

I like how the pinecone is frozen over by the ice. This is an interesting thing to find too and I think using the black and white was best for this photo. I also like how you focused on the one pinecone and blurred everything else off.

this photo is really cool. making it black and white really is a good idea. the balance of this image is also pretty good. the pinecone being frozen really changes the mood of this photo. makes it seem more peaceful and quiet.
