I took this picture at the zoo over the summer. To make the tessellation, i took a triangle of a peacock's body. I like this picture because it is up close and captures the details in the peacock's feathers. I didn't enhance this picture at all to create the tessellation.

Molly, I absolutely love this! I like that you choose a peacock for a tessellation. The colors of the image create a very happy mood. The depth of field really works in this image. The image is a little overexposed, I'd be interested in seeing more of the rich color of the peacock. But overall, I love the image!
