Welcome to the HHS Digital Photography class blog. Our lab is composed of twenty-two Apple iMacs. Production will start with students learning the basics of digital photography including: image composition, advanced camera features, and components of the iLife 09 software suite. Later in the year, the students will explore advanced image manipulation with Adobe Photoshop.

This photo was taken at Hunter Street Baptist Church for the portrait project. I picked this photo because the main people in the picture are in color and everything else is in black and white.

This is a real nice picture. I really like the foregrounds color. Also how it sticks out compared to the background. I would like to see this picture with the camera on the ground pointed up towards the subjects
I think this picture looks great. I like how the color of the subjects shirts really stick out and are not faded. I also like how you didn't over do it with the color of the subjects skin. I think it would be interesting to see the background in color and the subjects in black and white.
