Welcome to the HHS Digital Photography class blog. Our lab is composed of twenty-two Apple iMacs. Production will start with students learning the basics of digital photography including: image composition, advanced camera features, and components of the iLife 09 software suite. Later in the year, the students will explore advanced image manipulation with Adobe Photoshop.

Street Demon
Michael H.
Image was taken at a car show at the Colonial Promenade. To edit this picture I changed the gradient map to a custom pattern and used the Liquify tool to warp the background.

I LOVE this picture!!! I love how it looks like something straight out of a comic book. I also love how the background looks against the old fashion style of the car. I also love how detailed the car is.This picture is so artistic and reminds me of a drawing i've seen. I love it, good job!!!
This picture looks really cool! I like how the image almost looks like it's a painting. Also, using the liquify tool was a good idea used to put more emphasis on the car. The negative colors really make the car pop out which gives the picture an overall greater appearance. Awesome job!
This photo looks really cool. It has a lot of variety in this photo between the liquid and the car. The low intensity in this photo makes it look even better. The texture of the liquid adds a nice contrast between the car and the background. Putting the car in the center of the picture gives it emphasis. If there was one thing I would change about the photo is the liquid behind the car, because it looks a little messy. Overall this is a great photo. Keep up the good work.
